The ninth project is my gift to one my dear friends, Norhayati Kadir
She was interested with the idea of a painting, but not sure what picture and which location in her big house!! Since the dining area wall seemed to be still empty, we discussed a possibility of hanging a painting there.
I recommended a suitable theme for the painting, it could be about dining, food, or fresh fruits and vegetables. In the end, we agreed to use the theme of food preparation..
These are several pictures we selected...
We decided to find a large size canvas to suit the large dining hall wall.
Sketching started in the first week of Ramadhan.
After sketching was completed, I felt the Ramadhan mood a bit overwhelming and I had to abandon the canvas and decided to come back to it at a later time.
Later time proved to be a bit too long after since other projects cropped up
