My Fourth Project: Aleppo

In the midst of what seemed to be the climax of the Syrian crisis, this picture was painted to capture the image of war-torn Syria. 

I found one picture of Aleppo where the buildings has been damaged and severely ravaged by the war.

This painting is drawn, painted and completed within 24 hours. Trying to capture the post-war devastation of Aleppo Syria, this painting also intended to accompany the completion of the book "Harapan untuk Syria"

This painting was adopted on the cover for a book about the Syrian crisis.


The "Harapan untuk Syria" book has been launched on 7th October with the sales of about 240 copies on its launching day.
